Each of our suites has a television, microwave, refrigerator, phone, private bath with tub and shower combination, ample linens, and an adjacent deck or balcony for lounging. The 3 Bear's Cottage and The Hideout have double whirlpool tubs. The Wolves Den, 3 Bear's Cottage and Dreamcatcher have stone fireplaces.

Kitchen suites come with refrigerator, small freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, oven, stove, a supply of dishes, cooking utensils, dish soap, and other basic items. Grills are available for outdoor cooking. VCRs can be rented.

Each suite can accommodate at least four guests. The Cabin can sleep up to six, The Dream Catcher-Okabena and The 3 Bear's Cottage can sleep up to eight.

To guarantee that your suite is reserved, we require the cost of one night as a minimum deposit if staying 1-3 nights, and one-third of the cost of your total stay as deposit if staying more than 3 nights. You are responsible to pay for all nights requested. If you must cancel, we will refund your deposit (less a 15% service fee) if we receive fifteen days notice. Check-in is 2:00p.m. Monday thru Thursday and 3:00p.m. on weekends and holidays. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards. We regret that we cannot accommodate your pets.
